I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and transportation options were readily available. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Everything was spot on.

I like the privacy but with the service as well. No one bothered me or wanted to clean the room when I was there or did anything to annoy me. I also liked the way the wireless just connected so easily without having to get the code or password. The little refrigerator was very convenient and it was good that it was not prestocked with expensive little bottles and candy etc.

In this survey there were 13 questions instead of the four mentioned. That is not a problem but not quite honest either. However, there are four categories.

When I booked my reservevation online I was suppose to have a large bed,a voucher for $20.00 for two for breakfast the following morning. I was told that the staff there was bilingual.....They spoke no english at all. They couldnt find my reservation,the price was different,we had only one big towel to dry on.The toilet made noises,I couldnt dial straight out of my room like I was told,and there were double beds in my room.What I ordered from the menue wasnt even what was served to me.It was my 13 wedding anniversary,and the room and arrangements were horrible!Im calling my bank to get my money back.

Our weekend stay was quite enjoyable. the room offered a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants. the pool area was great, and we enjoyed spending time there.

Despite the positive aspects, there were some negative factors. We encountered some communication issues with the staff, as they did not speak English well.

I didn't have to leave the hotel to find delicious food and drinks, as the restaurant and bar/lounge area had everything I could ask for. the outdoor swimming pool was also a highlight, with plenty of space for me to relax and soak up the sun.

While my experience at this hotel was overwhelmingly positive, there was one minor issue that I encountered. the buffet breakfast was a bit limited in terms of selection, but the quality of the food more than made up for it.
